ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING TIMES

- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
MemGuard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
60-DAY RETURN POLICY
At MemGuard, we stand behind our product and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return under the conditions outlined below.
60-DAY GUARANTEE
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding a return.

To qualify for a refund:
1. The product should have been used as directed
2. The request must be made within 60 days of delivery
3. The return applies to first-time purchases only
4. Limit one refund per customer
RETURN PROCESS

- The product must be sent back to the address provided
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund

We understand that you need to try the product to know if it works for you.
That’s why our guarantee applies to:
- Opened bottles
- Unopened bottles
Even if you’ve used the product — you’re still eligible within the 60-day window.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will gladly replace or refund eligible items.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you are enrolled in a subscription or “try now, pay later” offer:
- Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled
- You must cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid future charges
- Refunds are not issued for shipments already sent
